Tasked with following a bespoke Porsche Project for PIE Performance Tuning from start to finish is a fascinating insight to the decision making, influences, constraints and the production process along the way. PIE Performance who I’ve had the pleasure of working with recently have a performance tuning division of the company called PIE Performance Tuning. Having been involved early on with its inception and branding, it was awesome to be asked to record and promote on social media one of their bespoke Porsche builds. To get the ball rolling I researched similar projects to create moods boards for their first client meetings to help get some of the final details decided upon before Limitless Creations produced 3D renderings for final approval. I took photos of the car untouched at the very start of the project, a 964 ‘Targa Florio’ special edition, and then at each stage of the process before culminating in the final launch shots all to be included in a project book for the client and few copies as a reference book for PIE to keep in their office or send out to future customers. These were of course used throughout their social media with some build up images giving a sneak preview before the big launch.
